Processing Information Request

I. Registration requirements

1. Company name: English, Chinese and English. Company name endings: generally Limited, Corporation, Incorporated, BV, GmbH, SARL, etc. and their abbreviated forms. (Captial is a limited word for registered Seychelles companies.) Company names cannot end in lowercase. When registering your company name, please make sure the case is the same as the case in the name verification.
2. Registered capital: 1 million shares by default.
3. If you provide photos, be careful not to cover with your hands, do not add watermarks, do not have clutter; documents are neatly placed, photos are clear and complete (do not take only half a page or more than half a page), be careful not to reflect, documents are not placed in card holders or wallets to take pictures, such as driver’s licenses to take out to shoot;
4. The source of funding must provide the company name, position, and annual salary.

II. The information required for registration

1. Natural person shareholder director: ID + passport + handheld photo. (Without passport, the customer has to go to a notary public to provide the notarized document)
   If the shareholder is a company, the certificate of incorporation + the register of directors + the register of directors (postmarked) + the register of shareholders + the articles of incorporation + documents and proof of address of the directors and shareholders.
2. Registration information confirmation form (the source of registration funds should be written on the name of the company where the customer is employed, title. The source of funds cannot be an off-shore company, but a physical company. (The company name cannot end in lowercase.)

III. The application process (about 10 working days) (provided that the customer data are provided to complete, no additional information is required)

2. Customer provides company name for verification (1-2 days)
3. Customers provide the necessary information for registration
4. We produce files based on customer data
5. The customer signs, waits for the engraved file to be stamped, and then returns the file to the pipeline

About 10 working days after the submission of all the information to complete the file (depending on the time of the customer back to sign, the information submitted will receive the first back to sign the file (order confirmation order form), back to sign the completion of 5-7 days to receive the completion of the file) — 10-15 days to receive the original (the original of the plug tongue ear will be sent together with other company information, depending on the actual situation) —- director shareholders after the second back to sign Send the original to the customer (the time is based on the completion of the customer’s return signature)

IV. Annual Audit of Seytongue Ear

1. Natural person shareholder director: ID + passport + handheld photo.
2. Full set of company information
3. The annual audit must be completed 15 days prior to the anniversary date + beneficiary filing, otherwise a penalty will be incurred.

Notes:
 The first half of the year will be cancelled if the company is registered at the end of December of the same year without an annual audit.
 The second half of the year will be cancelled if the company is registered at the end of December of the next year without an annual audit.

Annual Audit Penalty for Seygur Corporation
 10% of the government fee for the first level: 15 days before the anniversary date and one and a half months after the anniversary date
 The second level of penalty is 50% of the government fee. More than one and a half months after the anniversary date

V. Accounting records of Seytol Corporation

Semi-annual accounting disciplinary filings are required to be filed in September 2021.
 For clarity, the following applies to existing accounting records (i.e., accounting records relating to years prior to 2022) and accounting records of registered companies relating to 2022:
 (a) accounting records relating to transactions or operations for the past seven years ending December 31, 2021 must be maintained at Seychelles until February 6, 2022
 (b) accounting records relating to transactions or operations for the first half of 2022 (January through June) must be maintained at Seychelles by July 2022
 (c) accounting records related to transactions or operations for the second half of 2022 (July through December) must be maintained in Seychelles by January 2023.
