I. Registration requirements

1、Type of company: Limited liability company (OOO)
2、shareholders: at least 1 person, who may be Chinese; if the shareholders are a company, the company may not be a one-person company
3、General manager of the company: at least 1 person, must be a local resident, can be a Chinese residing in Russia (HQS visa required)
4、Registered capital: minimum 10,000 rubles (to be paid within 4 months after the establishment of the company)
5、Registered address: must have an office address in Russia, our company can provide
6、Bank account opening: can open an account through the local general manager
7、Legal secretary: None
8、Notary certification: Notary certification is required

II. The information required for registration

1、Company name 3, Russian
2、Company registered capital
3、Company registered address
4、Scanned copy of the shareholder’s passport
5、Registration information form
6、Registration documents (prepared by the Russian side, need to apply for notarized certification, about 7 copies in total)

III. The application process (about 2 months)

1、Provide the company name
2、Provide the documents of shareholders/directors
3、Apply for notarized certification of documents
4、Submit the company registration
5、Registration completed, open bank account
6、Complete capital contribution by shareholders

IV. The Russian registration fee

Company registration fee is 4000 rubles
