I. Registration requirements
1、Type of company: Limited liability company SDN.BHD
2、Shareholder: at least 1 person, can be Chinese
3、Director: at least 1 person, can be Chinese, but must have a residential address in Malaysia (our company can provide);
4、Registered address: must have a local address, our company can provide
5、Registered capital: the law requires a minimum of RM1, but the practice of general registration of RM1,000 (if the registered capital is greater than or equal to RM10,000, the application fee should be increased by 2,000 yuan, and need to pay)
6、Bank account opening: no need to be present, there are requirements to start the payment
7、Legal secretary: must be Malaysia local secretary, our company can provide
8、Notary certification: No need to apply
Note: The company’s business scope cannot be written in the production or manufacturing category and tourism (such business scope requires application for relevant license), or other special industries
Company registration must be tied to the company’s bank account together with the order
II. The information required for registration
1. alternative company names (in English, ending with SDN.BHD) with explanation of the meaning of the company name
2. scanned copies of passports (required), ID cards, and address proofs of all shareholders and directors
3. photos of all shareholders and directors holding passports and ID cards
4. choice of company’s business scope (choose from the list of business scope codes)
5. KYC form (provided by us)
III. The application process (processing time limit: 10 working days)
