I. Registration requirements
1. Company Type: Private Limited Liability Company (BV)
2. Shareholder: at least 1 person, either natural person or company; no restriction on nationality, shareholder and director can be the same person
3. Directors: at least 1 person, no restriction on nationality, shareholder and director can be the same person
4. registered capital: at least 1 euro registered capital, after successful registration, it is recommended to pay the initial registered capital (if you need to apply for a Dutch tax number, it is recommended to set the registered capital at 2000 euros)
5. registered address: must have an office address in the Netherlands, it is recommended to use the address that can receive mail
6. bank account opening: such as physical bank account opening requires a local director and on-site processing, international banks and digital banks are accepted. (Not necessary, but if the company has specific actual business, it is recommended to open an account)
7. Legal secretary: no requirement
8. Notary certification: Notary certification is required for data and English translation.
Remark:
Because of the need for video witnessing with a Dutch notary, English, it is recommended that the customer knows English (if not at all, please make sure to synchronize the product department in advance before receiving the order), so please pay attention to understanding the customer’s English language ability when the sales team communicates with the customer.
II. The information required for registration
1. Scanned copy of passport – all ultimate beneficiaries
2. Tax registration number of residence (for Chinese residents, submit a scanned copy of ID card)
3. Proof of address (utility or bank bill within 3 months) – all ultimate beneficiaries
4. Company documents (required if the shareholder is a company, and the documents must be translated and notarized)

Note: Because of the different registration files in different countries, it is recommended to provide the customer’s registration file for confirmation first.

III. Processing (Time limit: 4 weeks after the arrival of the file in the Netherlands)

2. company name verification (recommended to prepare at least 3)
3. draft the articles of incorporation
4. data notarization certification
5. submit to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau for company registration
6. apply for a tax number (on demand, if no revenue can be suspended to apply for VAT number)
7. open a bank account (required)
