What information do I need to provide to make a director’s certificate of employment, not our registered ones?

The BVI company is not registered with us, so we need to transfer the company to our agent before we can issue the director’s certificate of incumbency. To change agent, you need to do at least one year of annual audit and economic substance with us. If you do not have a passport, you need to provide the director’s and shareholder’s ID card + account book + address proof + handheld photo (the same as the information provided by the customer during registration).
