What are the regulations for import restrictions?

- All import and export transactions must be conducted with an import and export permit issued by the relevant authorities. All goods are allowed to be imported and exported, except for those goods that are prohibited, restricted or limited by law. Prohibited and restricted goods are specified in the regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance. Exporters and importers must fully comply with the requirements of the prohibitions and restrictions on the import and export of commodities. The exporter or importer should submit supporting documents in addition to the declaration to Customs to fulfill the restrictions and/or prohibitions.
