U.S. corporate notarization, which consists of five levels of certification, notary public, county, state, federal and embassy.

Notarization process for U.S. companies
 1、First, a local notary will notarize the relevant information provided by the U.S. company;
 2、After the notary public has notarized the documents, they will be submitted to the U.S. state government for certification;
 3、After the U.S. state government certification is completed, it will be finally submitted to the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in the U.S. for countersignature and certification.

U.S. company notary certification required information (the following documents are counted as 2 notarized, need to charge 2 copies of fees)
 1、Certificate of incorporation (business license);
 2、Proof of director’s incumbency (first class agent certificate);
 3、List of directors
 4、Register of shareholders
 5、Articles of Incorporation
 6、Other notarized information (such as board resolutions, power of attorney, etc.).
