We are now a Thai company opening a Bank of China account, do we need to add money to open a USD and RMB account, how much do we need to deposit to activate it and what is the transfer fee?

We default to single currency (Thai Baht), if you need to add one more currency, you need to add 4800 RMB, after opening an account with Bank of China, you need to pre-deposit 50,000 Baht, and the transfer fee is as follows:
 20 Baht for transactions less than 100,000 Baht
 75 baht for transactions between 100,000 and 500,000 baht
 200 Baht for transactions between 500,000 and 2,000,000 Baht
