U.S. company registration requirements, and registration process description

1、Company Name
 The U.S. company name must be in English, and Chinese names are not currently accepted for registration.
 2、Registered Address
 U.S. companies must provide a local U.S. business address as the registered address, which we can provide free of charge.
 3、Proof of director’s identity
 A photocopy or scanned copy of the director’s identity must be a natural person 18 years of age or older. (If there are more than 2 directors, please confirm the distribution of duties.)
 4、Proof of identity of shareholders
 Photocopy or scanned copy of the certificate of shareholders’ identity, which must be a corporate body or a natural person aged 18 or older. (If the number of shareholders is more than 2, please confirm the shareholding ratio.)
 5、Business scope
 (Most of them do not support self-defined scope of business. The states that support self-defined scope of business are: California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Oregon, Maryland, Kansas, and Washington State can choose from a fixed scope.)
 6、Registered Capital
 Usually the standard share capital is 20,000 shares at $1.00 each. No capital verification is required, and no actual capital contribution is required.
 (Utah standard share capital is 2,000 shares; Delaware standard share capital is 5,000 shares; Nevada is 75,000 shares; Delaware standard share capital is 5,000 shares; Ohio standard share capital is 1,000 shares; Washington, D.C. registered share capital is up to 100,000 shares; Illinois registered share capital is up to 16,666 shares; the above states have special requirements, such as registered capital exceeds (If the registered capital exceeds or is less than the standard registered capital, additional fees may be incurred for registration and annual audit.)

Registration process:
 1、Payment by signing the contract
 2、Customer to provide the company name for name verification
 3、Customer to provide information required for registration
 4、According to the customer information to produce information confirmation sheet
 5、Customer signature, the file back to us
 6、Submit the registration
 7、After the registration is completed, arrange the seal engraving
 8、Deliver the original registration and seal
