Q: Are there any requirements for naming a company?

All companies must display their name in Khmer. If the name is displayed in another language, the Khmer name must appear above and larger than the name displayed in the other language. The Khmer name must appear on all seals, logos, letterheads and all documents used for public purposes. English is acceptable, but transliteration into Khmer is also required, which simply means that the name is written in Khmer letters but pronounced the same as in English.
