Established a Japanese company as a corporate holding

Domestic company holding need to provide
 1. Notary certificate of business license of the Chinese holding company
 2. The register of shareholders of the PRC holding company (screenshot of enterprise search)
 3. Notary certificate of the company seal of the PRC holding company
 4. Passport and scanned copy of resident identity card of the majority shareholder of the PRC holding company
 5. Notarized certificate of personal seal of the investor and representative
 6. Notary certificate of the personal account of the investor and the representative
 7. Scanned copies of the personal passports and resident identity cards of the investor and representative
 8. A certificate of the legal seal of the Chinese company. The certificate must contain the address of the Chinese company, the name of the company, the name of the representative, and the date of birth.
