Yes, the registered capital is at least €25,000 and at least 50% of the capital is paid in at the time of registration, i.e. €12,500, without which the registration cannot be completed. After the establishment of the company, the capital can be used for the daily operation of the company and the shareholders are not allowed to return the capital to their own personal accounts.
